Practical AI for growing businesses

Less busywork. Faster follow-up. A business that runs more smoothly.

I help owners find where time and money are quietly being lost, then design practical AI and automation systems that make the business better. I study how your business really works — from the first customer contact through payment — identify the opportunities worth acting on, and build them so your people stay in control.

No jargon. No pressure. Humans stay in control.

Messy inbox work

Your team is working hard. Your systems should, too.

Nothing here is a criticism of how you run things. Most growing businesses end up with a few manual steps that made perfect sense at the time and never got revisited. They only start to hurt once there's more work coming in. See if any of these sound familiar.

  • Leads wait too long for an answer

A form comes in on a busy afternoon, and by the time someone sees it, the customer has already called two other companies.

  • The same information gets typed twice

Details move from an inbox, to a spreadsheet, to a CRM, to an invoice — by hand, every single time.

  • Follow-ups quietly fall through

Not because anyone dropped the ball, but because remembering every open thread is not a realistic job for a human.

  • Information lives in five places

Notes in a phone, files on a desktop, history in an inbox. Answering a simple customer question turns into a search party.

  • No clear daily view of the business

You want one honest picture of jobs, leads, and money moving — not a report you have to rebuild every Monday.

How I help

Practical help, from first look to ongoing improvement

AI Efficiency Audit

A close look at how work actually moves through your business.

  • A map of your current workflows, end to end
  • The strongest opportunities, ranked and explained
  • Estimated hours saved per week
  • Honest notes on risks and where AI is a poor fit
  • A 30-day roadmap you could hand to anyone

Implementation

Building the systems, connecting the tools you already pay for.

  • Websites, forms, and lead capture
  • CRM, email, and scheduling
  • Stripe and accounting tools
  • Databases and internal records
  • Clean handoffs between people and automations

Ongoing AI Operations

Systems need care. I stay close so they keep earning their keep.

  • Monitoring and error handling
  • Steady improvements as you grow
  • Maintenance when tools change
  • Training so your team feels confident
  • New workflows as new needs appear

There's no fixed price list here. Every engagement is scoped to the business — its size, its tools, and how much you want to take on at once.

The audit

People → Processes → Problems → Opportunities → ROI

It starts with a 60–90 minute discovery conversation. We walk through a normal week together — who touches what, where things stall, and what you'd fix first if you had the time. Everything I recommend is prioritized toward work that is high-frequency, time-consuming, repeatable, and low-risk.

  1. 1

    People

Who does what, and where the day gets heavy.

  2. 2

    Processes

How work moves from first contact through payment.

  3. 3

    Problems

The repeated friction, the rework, the waiting.

  4. 4

    Opportunities

Where a system could carry the load instead.

  5. 5

    ROI

What each change is realistically worth in time and money.

Where the opportunities usually are

Seven places worth looking, in almost every business

Sales

Instant lead qualification, quick first replies, and follow-up sequences that stop the moment a customer answers.

Customer Service

Drafted answers to common questions, tidy request routing, and history a rep can read in seconds.

Marketing

Drafts for email, service pages, and seasonal offers — written in your voice, reviewed before anything ships.

Operations

Scheduling support, job records that fill themselves in, and status updates that reach customers on time.

Finance & Admin

Invoice prep, receipt sorting, and reconciliation support. A person approves anything touching money.

HR

Job posts, applicant sorting support, and onboarding checklists. Hiring decisions stay entirely with your people.

Management

One daily view of leads, jobs, and cash flow, so you can stop assembling the picture by hand.

A note on oversight

Anything touching money or people gets a human in the loop by design. Finance work is prepared for approval, never sent on its own. Hiring stays a human decision, start to finish.

An example

A local roofing and HVAC company, before and after

This is an illustrative example of the kind of change I design — not a promise of a specific result. Every business is shaped a little differently.

Before

  • Form email arrives and sits in a shared inbox
  • Someone copies the details into the CRM by hand
  • Service area is checked manually on a map
  • The customer hears back hours later, sometimes the next day
  • Estimate notes are retyped from a notepad or a voice memo
  • Follow-up depends on whoever remembers

After

  • The lead is qualified and the service area is checked automatically
  • A CRM record is created with the details already in place
  • A personalized response goes out within minutes
  • The estimator is notified with the job context attached
  • Site notes are turned into a draft estimate for review
  • Follow-ups run on a schedule and stop the moment the customer replies

The point isn't the technology. It's that admin time drops, customers hear back faster, and nothing important depends on someone remembering it at 6pm.

What you receive

About

Hi, I'm Alejandro.

I'm a hands-on technical consultant. Before AI became the thing everyone talks about, I spent years building and fixing the systems small businesses actually run on — websites, WordPress, PHP, APIs, forms, databases, CRMs, e-commerce, and the integrations that hold them together.

That background matters, because a good recommendation depends on knowing what your tools can and can't do. I'm not here to prompt ChatGPT at you. I'm here to look at how your business runs, find the places where a system would carry the load better than a person retyping things, and build it properly.

I work in plain language, I'll tell you when AI is the wrong answer, and I'd rather start with one useful improvement than sell you a transformation.

Questions

The things owners usually ask first

Let's find one useful place to start.

Tell me a little about the business and what's eating the most time. If there's something worth doing, I'll say so. If there isn't yet, I'll tell you that too.

Sending this doesn't commit you to anything.
